1. TITLE
The name of the Federation shall be "THE SCOTTISH VINTAGE VEHICLE FEDERATION" (hereinafter referred to as "the Federation"). CONTENTS
 
2. OBJECTS
The objects of the Federation shall be:
(a) The encouragement of interest in vehicles manufactured more than twenty years ago (hereinafter referred to as "Federation Vehicles").
(b) The organisation of an annual meeting to compile a list of Rally Dates for
Member Bodies for the subsequent year.
(c) The keeping of a current register of entrants and enthusiasts in Scottish events.
(d) The provision of advice, guidance and information for Members.
(e) Liaison with other bodies who may become involved with our hobby.
(f) The Federation will aim to achieve the widest possible and most effective
distribution of the Federation Rally Dates List. CONTENTS
 
3. MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the Federation shall be open to all Clubs, Societies and other
Bodies catering for the interests of owners of Federation vehicles and others
having an interest in Federation events within Scotland. (Such Clubs,
Societies and other Bodies being hereinafter referred to as "Member
Bodies".) CONTENTS
 
4. MANAGEMENT
The authority and responsibility for the transaction of the business of the
Federation for its management shall be vested in a Committee who, in
addition to the powers and authorities by this Constitution expressly
conferred on them, may exercise all powers and do all acts in furtherance of
the objects for which the Federation is established, other than those whereby
expressly directed or required to be exercised or done by the Federation in
